All Proclamation, Lighting and Community Flag Raising Requests will considered per Policy POL-ADM-014

To be considered for approval, Proclamations, Lighting Requests and Community Flag Raising requests, the requester will be a registered charity or not-for-profit organization and will demonstrate an interest in or have a relationship with the Municipality of Trent Hills, including but not limited to the following:

public awareness campaigns
cause is of benefit to and/or supports the residents
events of significance
demonstrate respect for residents

Name of Requester:

By stating the registered charity or not-for-profit organization name, you confirm that you are authorized to act on their behalf and that the charity/organization hereby gives its approval for you to act on this matter.

The Proclamation, Lighting & Community Flag Raising Request must be submitted a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance of the first date of recognition and may not be submitted more than ninety (90) days in advance.

settlement.
